Coach Terry Dixon has placed a new spin on the Bellringer to get his classes started.   He writes things on his board that he calls “MGM Facts.” It gives the students some knowledge about things concerning their school. Many of his facts revolve around the sports area, but several are also about various facts of a historical nature about the school also. 

Fact 1

Mary G. Montgomery has a standing tradition of bringing back many of their Alumni to work and teach at our great school. During this school year we have many Alumni members teaching or working on staff here. However did you know that since the first graduating class of MGM was in 1966 and the decade in which our great school began we have at least one graduate from each decade since the school’s inception. Can you name at least one MGM graduate from each of the decades:  1960s,1970s,1980s,1990s, 2000?

How many head baseball coaches have there been at MGM?  Can you name them? Remember the names.   If you can answer this question, it may help you with the next question.

The answer is 8.

Fact 4

If you knew the answer to Fact 2 which was 9 and to Fact 3 which was 8 and you knew the names to each, you should not have a problem answering Fact 4 question.

M.G.M. has had 9 head football coaches and 8 head baseball coaches.  How many of the head football coaches have also been head baseball coaches at M.G.M?  Who were they?
