I’m co-captain of the dance team, and I have been taking dance lessons since I was three.  I am also a waitress at the Hickory Pit.  After I graduate, I want to go to the University of Alabama Birmingham and become a physical therapist.

I have been on MGM’s majorette line for two years.  After high school I would like to study marine biology.

Kellie Lynn Drake   12

I am seventeen years old, and my birthday is October 16.  I am a senior at the absolute best high school in Mobile County.  I cheer, and Iplay tennis.  I have also run with the Cross Country team.  I love being around my family and friends.  I come off as being shy, but I am sweet and fun to be around.  You’ll be reading several of my articles for the MGM Newspaper.  Skol Vikings!

Leslie Locke   12

I am very excited about graduating from high school this year.  After I graduate, I would like to attend University of Alabama Birmingham to become a pediatrician.  I enjoy fashion, ice cream and glamour.  I like to laugh, smile, and have fun.  Some things I really dislike are scary movies, needles, and people who are disrespectful.  I love the colors pink and blue.  My favorite person is Nicki Minaj.  I absolutely love her.

I am fifteen years old and on MGM’s dance team.  I’ve been dancing for thirteen years, and I love to compete.

Kayla McCullough  12

I am serving my second year as a reporter for the Valkyrie Voice.  I really enjoy being on the newspaper staff because our news team knows all the news and upcoming events.  I am also looking forward to writing about our school for the Mobile Register.

Alesha Nobles  12

I love to shop, fish and hunt.  I am very active in church, and I am very family oriented.  I’m looking forward to attending college to become either a cosmetologist or a forensic scientist.

Ciara Michelle Pledger  11

I am a junior, and I am seventeen years old.  I am very involved in my church, Orchard Assembly.  I love my friends and family.  I love football and dance.  I know football and dance are a weird combo, but that’s me.

This is my first year as a reporter for the Valkyrie Voice.  I have been playing tennis for about a year.

Sheterrica Williams  12

I am normally called Duke.  I am excited high school is almost over for me.  I am a nice person once you get to know me.  I love to shop and watch football.  Roll Tide and Who Dat Nation is what I live by.  After high school I would like to join the Air Force and later become a nurse.

Brady Hoffman    10

I play on the MGM tennis team.  I am currently serving the MGM Student Council as a sophomore class officer.  I am activly involved in my youth group at Wilmer Baptist Church, and I enjoy participating in many extracurricular activities.
